At Cover Story we want you to love any product that you buy from us and hope you do not have look at this page very often. We adhere to highest quality standards, but in case you are not satisfied you can reach us at care@coverstory.co.in

As a policy, we do not refund your money but we do offer replacements within 15 days after date of delivery. Our items can be exchanged for a new product or credit. The credit is issued in the form of a voucher which has no validity period and can be used one time for the entire amount If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may call our Customer Support Team at 011-41091130 available from 10:00AM to 5:30PM (Mon to Fri) to request a replacement. Our customer support team is more than happy to assist you with further queries.

Please follow the steps below to replace a product(s).

  1. Call our Customer Support team at 011-41091130 to request a return.
  2. Place your return in its original packaging and make sure that all tags, accessories and packaging is included.
  3. Pack the items to be returned and secure with tape.
  4. Put our warehouse address on the package before handing it over to the courier. Please keep the courier receipt after handing over the sealed packet of the product you wish to return.

For a return to be accepted by coverstory.co.in the following conditions are to be met:

  • All items to be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.
  • Any item that has been altered or repaired will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • Footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags.
  • Footwear that is returned without a box or in damaged/used condition or with marked soles strictly will not be accepted.

In an unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please email us with a photo of the damaged merchandise at care@coverstory.co.in. In order to be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.

For seamless replacements, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.

After inspection, we will confirm the following to ensure the products are in an acceptable condition or not:-

  1. Name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible.
  2. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and should be non-tampered.
  3. The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
  4. Product's original packaging/box should be undamaged.

A confirmation of accepting the returned product(s) will be sent to you within 4 working days after we receive the shipment.


You may cancel your order by calling our Customer Support Team at 011-41091130 available from 10 am to 5 pm (Mon to Fri)

Please note, an order can be cancelled only before the product(s) has been shipped out of the warehouse. After successful cancellation, the exact amount that was paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to you in full. An order cannot be cancelled once the product(s) has been shipped out of the warehouse.
